HCLTech is seeking an Associate Manager for Accounts Payable in Noida, India. This role involves tracking invoices, ensuring tax compliance, and managing vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree in Commerce or an MBA.

Ansvarsområden

Key responsibility for tracking of all Actian invoices and processing
Knowledge of local tax compliances – US, Europe, APAC
Knowledge of accounting principal as well as local accounting compliances
Interaction with local vendors/suppliers for invoice submission and clearance
Interaction with local vendors/suppliers and internal teams/users for settlement of open advances
Know how of Vendor Reconciliation and query management
Team Handling
Local candidate who can communicate well in English

Krav

3-5 years of related experience
Masters in Commerce, MBA
Primary Skill: Accounting – Accounts Payable (Oracle, SAP & Ariba)
Secondary Skill: Vendor reconciliation and query management
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Ability to work in an unsettled environment, and able to bring in the stability
Good stakeholder & Team Management Skills
Proficient in MS Office

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of SAP FICO would be preferred
Knowledge of Oracle would be preferred
Knowledge of Ariba would be preferred
Professional degree in accounting would be preferred
