Qualcomm Korea YH is seeking talented senior software engineers for its camera software team, focusing on developing drivers, HAL, and post-processing features for Snapdragon chipsets. The role involves working across the camera software stack, from HAL to low-level hardware control, with responsibilities in feature design, hardware support, debugging, performance optimization, and customer collaboration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, debug, implement, and verify camera software, algorithms, and features, including Camera Image Signal Processor, 3A, and Image Quality tuning tools.
  • Design or architect IQ modules, algorithms, and feature decompositions to drive requirements and specifications for both hardware and software.
  • Ensure image quality, software conformance tests, and performance and power metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with customers and team members throughout the project lifecycle to design, develop, and optimize camera software.
  • Write detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions.
  • Apply software knowledge and experience to design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to design and customize software for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement software modules for products and systems.
  • Participate in the design, coding for large features, unit testing, significant debugging fixes, and integration efforts.
  • Perform code reviews and regression tests, as well as triage and fix issues.
  • Collaborate with others inside the project team to accomplish project objectives.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years programming (e.g., C, C++, Python), computer architecture, or embedded systems knowledge.
  • 2+ years of relevant camera software experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with API.
  • 1+ year of work experience with Git, Perforce, or Source Code Management System.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Database Management Software.
