Ansvarsområden

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in procurement systems.
Review purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy before order placement.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Track orders and follow up on open deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Resolve supplier and invoice-related issues.
Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and purchasing documentation.
Support sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP processes and supplier evaluations.
Analyze pricing, spending trends, and purchasing data to identify savings opportunities.
Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and suppliers to meet business needs.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and purchase order lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Associate's degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1+ year of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
