Alstom seeks a Service Buyer in Bangkok to strengthen their East Asia Cluster Procurement Service Team. The role focuses on sourcing, managing, and executing overhaul, repair, and other service-related procurement activities. Candidates should possess a Master's degree and procurement experience, with a VIE contract type.

Ansvarsområden

Support the sourcing and execution of overhaul, repair and other service-related procurement activities across East Asia.
Develop competitive supplier options and manage the procurement process from request for quotation through contract execution.
Establish effective repair sourcing pathways and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Services, Engineering, Quality, Material, project teams).
Prepare and launch requests for quotation, compare supplier proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
Assess alternative supplier and make-or-buy options.
Identify repairable parts and engage potential repair suppliers.
Maintain visibility of repair cases and coordinate information for Engineering and Quality review.
Support the preparation and management of supplier agreements and contract changes.
Monitor supplier QCDT performance and address delivery issues, non-conformities, and other risks.
Apply company procurement processes and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to supplier-panel and commodity strategies.

Krav

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
A foundation in sourcing or procurement, with the ability to manage supplier enquiries, commercial comparisons and negotiations.
Awareness of contract management and commercial risk.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across functions in an international, matrix environment.
Fluent English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

A qualification or specialisation in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
Experience or exposure to services procurement, industrial repair, component overhaul or supplier development.
Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems and structured case tracking.
