IKEA Milton Keynes is looking for a Business Risk and Compliance Leader to promote a strong culture of compliance, safety, and risk awareness across the store. This role involves coaching managers, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to IKEA policies and legal requirements.

Ansvarsområden

Promote risk management in the unit and develop risk-aware decision-taking.
Coordinate external vendors for proactive risk mitigation.
Create a Risk & Compliance culture by developing leadership and implementing systems to detect, analyze, and reduce business loss.
Plan and ensure Crisis Management trainings and ways of working are in place.
Coordinate the Unit Crisis Management Team for emergency cases.
Conduct internal investigations and analyze unit processes and data.

Krav

Experienced retail manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to make well-balanced decisions in a fast-paced omni-channel environment.
Skilled communicator with good stakeholder management skills, ability to set clear priorities and delegate responsibility.
Ability to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.
Proficient analytical skills to understand performance tracking using KPIs.
Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, encourage and engage co-workers and the wider management team.

Förmåner

Start Date of employment will be: November 2026
Starting salary of £31,130 per annum, based on competence and experience.
39 Hours, working 5 days per week and includes alternate weekends
