Your role

Role Overview

As a Business Process Expert with a focus on BPCS (Business Planning and Control System), you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business processes supported by the BPCS system.

You act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, driving efficiency and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide support to users and resolve system-related issues
    • Ensure timely communication and resolution of incidents
    • Maintain high service levels and user satisfaction
  • Project Support & Delivery
    • Participate in and support transformation and improvement projects
    • Act as subject matter expert for BPCS in project teams
    • Ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions
  • Stakeholder Interaction
    • Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners
    • Gather, understand, and challenge business requirements
    • Provide training and support to end users.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of BPCS / ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., supply chain, finance, or manufacturing)
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
  • Ability to work on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with BPCS or similar ERP systems
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Background in project environments.
