I korthet

WeQuel is looking for a business-oriented Business Controller in Södertälje to support Research & Development. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, closing, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on steering and planning processes and tools. The position is 100% onsite and lasts approximately 3 months.

Ansvarsområden

  • Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Actively influencing development costs
  • Financial closing, analysis and reporting
  • KPI tracking and follow-up
  • Presentations of financial results and KPIs
  • Dedicated support to two R&D functions
  • Active membership in the functions' global management teams
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of the future financial management model

Krav

  • At least 5 years of experience in business controlling
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of Swedish is a strong advantage
  • Advanced analytical and systems skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • SAP experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and management teams, ideally in an international environment
  • Able to build trusted relationships and influence decisions across finance and non-finance functions
  • Proven ability to drive business performance in a structured, analytical and results-oriented way
  • Strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset in complex, changing environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
  • High integrity and a real interest in products, operations and business drivers
