I korthet

As a Business Navigation & Operation Manager in Nanning, Guangxi, China, you will lead the BNOM team and IKEA co-workers, focusing on long-term profitability and sustainable development from a customer perspective. You will analyze market trends and store performance, manage risks, and ensure operational efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Secure life safety and store asset safety, safeguarding IKEA's policies, routines and procedures.
  • Monitor practice in each and every function to minimize store's loss and mitigate risks.
  • Analyze local market trend and store performance to achieve customer satisfaction and hence store's long term profitability.
  • Work with HR function on people performance evaluation to continuously improve productivity.
  • Plan events and manage guest lists, keeping offices, processes and organizations running smoothly.

Krav

  • Love retail and supporting IKEA's long term profitability and sustainable development from a customer's perspective.
  • Passionate about leading and influencing BNOM team and all IKEA co-workers.
  • Looking for better and more efficient ways of working by supporting and challenging, to steer the business and to enhance store performance.
  • At least three years of experience working in large commercial companies or retail stores as store manager, finance manager or equivalent positions.
  • Great at reading and analyzing Profit or Loss reports.
