Amazon Flex Analytics is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer in Hyderabad to build and maintain scalable data solutions. This role involves designing reports, writing SQL for data analysis using Redshift and other databases, and utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau. The ideal candidate will have experience with scripting languages like Python and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards.
  • Utilize analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
  • Write high-quality SQL code to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (primarily Redshift) and the data lake.
  • Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests, ongoing reporting, and projects.
  • Provide thought leadership and business analysis support.

Krav

  • 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared).
  • Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis.
