The Analytics Ops and Programs team in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Intel Engineer I. This role involves analyzing data using tools like Redshift and Tableau, identifying operational gaps, and streamlining processes to prevent outages. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, with at least two years of experience in data interpretation and visualization.

Ansvarsområden

Define problems and build analytical frameworks to streamline operations.
Identify gaps in existing processes by analyzing data.
Liaise with relevant teams to address identified gaps.
Analyze data and metrics, sharing updates with internal teams.
Identify problems before they occur and implement solutions to detect and prevent outages.

Krav

2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared).
Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree.
Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis.
