The Analytics Ops and Programs team in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Analyst to streamline operations through data analysis and problem identification. Responsibilities include defining problems, building analytical frameworks, identifying process gaps, and sharing data updates with internal teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define problems and build analytical frameworks to help operations streamline the process.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes by analyzing data.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to plug identified gaps.
  • Analyze data and metrics, and share updates with internal teams.
  • Accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and work to improve customer experience.
  • Constantly hit the ground running and have the ability to learn quickly.

Krav

  • 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared).
  • Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis.
