Kruså Dairy is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive strategic planning, project execution, and innovation. The role involves acting as a sparring partner to the Site Director, translating strategy into actionable plans, and managing cross-functional projects to improve site performance and sustainability. This hybrid role requires a master's degree and experience in consulting, business development, finance, or strategy.

Ansvarsområden

Drive the strategic business planning process by gathering input, challenging assumptions, and translating priorities into short- and long-term plans.
Turn strategy into execution by identifying, structuring, and driving cross-functional projects that improve site performance and support ambitions.
Drive the sustainability agenda through innovation projects at the waste water plant or reducing energy consumption.
Build strong investment cases by aligning CAPEX, savings, and improvement opportunities.
Support fact-based decision-making through analyses, business cases, presentations, and performance insights.
Create alignment and momentum by connecting stakeholders, communicating strategic priorities, and following up on actions.
Collaborate with the Site Director, site leadership team, and key stakeholders across Arla, including Finance and CAPEX colleagues.

Krav

A relevant master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Experience from management consulting, business development, finance or strategy.
A solid understanding of how to identify and create value in a production environment.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience from manufacturing, operations, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
