We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join our fast-paced environment. This role involves owning the production and delivery of reports and dashboards used for critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at converting data into actionable business intelligence using tools like SQL, Excel VBA, Tableau, and Quicksight.

Ansvarsområden

  • Create, support, and continuously improve reports and metrics for business operations.
  • Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using tools like Quicksight/Tableau.
  • Shape and deliver key metrics, reports, and indicators for business performance assessment.
  • Dive deep into large datasets to answer specific business questions using Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation languages.
  • Work directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis for identifying improvement opportunities.

Krav

  • 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
  • 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with SQL or ETL.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with Tableau.
  • Experience using very large datasets.
