As a Business Analyst in the Solution Team at Saab, you will lead end-to-end initiatives from requirements to deployment, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in project leadership within digital, data, or IT solutions, with a strong Agile and SAFe mindset, and hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead initiatives from definition through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget estimates and implementation plans with risk mitigation.
  • Plan and implement initiatives, define tasks and resources, and create schedules and timelines.
  • Establish processes for managing scope and quality; assess and communicate risks.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets and take corrective action where needed.
  • Prepare and present status reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Implement and manage changes to meet agreed deliverables.
  • Build positive relationships with business owners and stakeholders and communicate progress regularly.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Solution Team Lead and other team members.
  • Identify and manage initiative risks and issues to protect outcomes.

Krav

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of expertise in leading projects and portfolios across digital solutions, data engineering/data science, or IT solutions.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills.
  • Solid Agile and Scaled‑Agile mindset.
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of SAFe and ITIL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Executive presence with a senior communication style to influence and align stakeholders, simplify complexity, and make confident, data‑informed decisions.
  • Collaborative, charismatic, and relentlessly outcomes‑oriented leadership style.
  • Ability to build trust, clarity, and momentum across cross‑functional teams.
  • Must pass a security vetting.
