Ansvarsområden
- Develop analytic solutions to drive deep dives and provide insights into Operations health.
- Measure business impact and transform data into actionable business insights.
- Own the design, creation, and management of extremely large datasets.
- Create datasets, reports, and dashboards, and perform metadata modeling.
- Monitor data pipelines and tune query performance against large and complex data sets.
- Interact with program/product owners and technical teams to gather requirements and structure scalable data solutions.
- Design, implement, and drive adoption of new analytic technologies and solutions.
- Promote industry standard best practices.
- Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
- Implement GenAI technologies to create efficient impact in analytics.
Krav
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience with Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages.
- Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams.
