This role supports, analyzes, and improves finance processes across business areas. You will act as a liaison between business needs, users, and tech teams, focusing on designing, documenting, and refining end-to-end workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and driving continuous improvement. The position is hybrid and open to candidates in Stockholm, Dublin, Tampere, or Pune.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders.
  • Define clear end-to-end workflows and roles, ensuring integration across teams.
  • Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement through change implementation, training, and ongoing process support.

Krav

  • Education or practical experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience working with general accounting processes across organizations.
  • Process excellence training, such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
