Ansvarsområden
- Develop and co-own BU strategy with the Managing Director.
- Own the integrity of BU financial results end-to-end, including balance sheet oversight and controls.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
- Serve as the primary finance partner on pricing, investments, and commercial decisions.
- Lead day-to-day financial analysis activities for the assigned Business Unit.
- Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services on month-end close and variance analyses.
- Own the full P&L performance of the BU.
- Prepare and present monthly BU Performance Reviews to senior leadership.
- Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for the BU.
- Prepare and deliver financial reviews and recommendations to company senior leadership.
- Create ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations.
- Partner closely with business leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
- Lead the analysis and communication of key performance metrics.
- Connect business and functional activities to financial performance.
- Influence business and functional leaders through data-driven recommendations.
- Participate as a trusted advisor in business discussions and future planning.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development to team members.
- Collaborate with finance peers to enhance tools and improve efficiency.
Krav
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; OR A Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience; OR Equivalent education and work experience
- Proven record of influencing strategic decisions as a trusted partner to a general manager or managing director.
- Strong accounting foundation in US GAAP and/or IFRS, with hands-on experience in internal controls and audit.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including building driver-based models from scratch.
- Proficient user of AI for business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle analytical platforms or comparable ERP and data warehouse tools.
- Track record of presenting clear, decision-ready recommendations to executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Commercially curious, growth-oriented mindset.
- Takes a leading role in shaping how their work fits into the larger picture and develops solutions accordingly.
- Strong sense of foresight, anticipates stakeholder needs and questions to present appropriate solutions.
- Skilled at identifying areas where efficiency can be gained and processes can be improved.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- CPA or MBA is preferred.
- Experience in high-change environments such as ERP implementations, carve-outs, newly acquired businesses, or turnarounds is preferred.
- Experience working with start-up companies highly desired is preferred.
