Volvo Financial Services is seeking a full-time, permanent Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist in Mississauga, ON. This role involves supporting customers and dealers with account resolution, managing overdue accounts, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have 3-5 years of experience in asset account management or collections within the financial services industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support customers and dealers throughout the customer service and account resolution process for Volvo Group products financed by VFS.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage overdue accounts, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Work closely with various internal teams (sales, credit, legal, etc.) for accurate account management and customer support.
  • Administer insurance processes and ensure compliance.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to address delinquent payments and insurance coverage irregularities.
  • Determine the cause of default or delinquency and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Make discretionary decisions on account viability and necessary assistance.

Krav

  • Must be bilingual, verbal and written in French.
  • BA/BS in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry.
  • 3-5 years progressive asset account management and/or collections experience in commercial banking, consumer lending or equipment leasing.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
