Saab is seeking a BI & Digital Tools Manager in Solna or Stockholm to lead a team focused on business intelligence, automation, and machine learning. Ansvarsområden
- Manage the BI & Digital Tools team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Drive transformation towards a data-driven organization by translating data into KPIs and insights.
- Develop and execute the organization's data governance roadmap.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and priorities for BI & Digital Tools.
- Collaborate with sister sections to ensure data and digital solutions are integral to business initiatives.
- Coach and develop team members, building capabilities for complex challenges.
- Empower employees through value-based leadership.
- Develop efficient ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a transformation and change leader, inspiring confidence in an evolving business environment.
- Build and maintain relations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Translate company and BU strategies into clear targets for stakeholders.
- Lead according to Saab's organizational values.
- Take full responsibility for results within the area, including safety, health, quality, delivery, efficiency, and finance.
Krav
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education and/or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven ability and genuine interest in leading, developing, and challenging organizations, management teams, and employees.
- Strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Pragmatic and action-oriented, with the ability to deliver business value.
- Minimum two years' formal or informal leadership experience within Business intelligence, automation, Machine learning or similar.
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading transformation and change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Must pass a security vetting.
