Atlas Copco Services s.r.o. is seeking a Bank and Intercompany Specialist with Italian language skills to join their team in Brno. The role involves managing outgoing payments, reconciling bank accounts, and handling intercompany relationships. This is a full-time, hybrid position with flexible working hours.

Ansvarsområden

  • Responsibility for all outgoing payment operations of selected Atlas Copco companies.
  • Processing of various types of payments in an online banking environment.
  • Reconciliation of actual bank account balances with accounting records, identification of discrepancies, and resolution of any issues.
  • Management of intercompany supplier-customer relationships within the Atlas Copco Group.
  • Cooperation with other departments of the Finance Service Center in Brno and with colleagues abroad.
  • Regular reporting and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Krav

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and logic, gained either through education or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of online banking and payment processes (e.g., SWIFT codes, SEPA payments, IBAN, cash pooling).
  • Good communication skills in English and Italian (B1+).
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with SAP or previous work in a shared services finance center environment is an advantage.
