Ericsson is seeking a skilled Access Team Leader in Cairo, Egypt, to manage a team responsible for operating and maintaining Radio Access & Transmission Network nodes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and proven experience in RAN & Transmission technologies with vendor equipment such as Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or ZTE.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and manage a team of RAN/Tx engineers for operation and maintenance of different vendor nodes (Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia) in the Radio Access & Transmission Network.
Develop and implement strategies for smooth operation and performance of RAN & Transmission equipment, including troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network planning, IPBB, RF, core network) for seamless integration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for RAN & Microwave networks using industry best practices.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in RAN & Transmission operations and maintenance.
Strong understanding of different vendor equipment (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, or ZTE).
Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
In-depth knowledge of wireless network technologies (2G, LTE, 5G) and associated protocols.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and vendors.
