AWS is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join the Training and Certification team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves delivering AWS infrastructure training to customers and partners, developing technical training content, and contributing to the AWS training program strategy. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
  • Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
  • Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program for our Authorized Training Center partners and Contractors.
  • Mentor and train internal and external authorized trainers as part of a train the trainer program.
  • Shape the strategy and mission of the AWS training program.

Krav

  • Technical degree (e.g. Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Substantial experience in programming, systems architecture, or systems administration.
  • Experience delivering classroom training for technology products or services.
  • Excellent oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
  • Recent experience architecting, deploying, and operating internet-scale applications.
  • Recent coding experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, .NET, Perl, PHP, Ruby, or Python.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux at the command line.
  • Proven ability to manage a classroom of adult learners with confidence and engagement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • AWS Certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect – Associate).
  • Foundational knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services.
