Accenture is hiring an Automotive Strategy Executive to drive business growth within the Nordic automotive and mobility sector. This senior-level, full-time role involves identifying and leading value creation opportunities, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering end-to-end reinvention strategies, including software-defined vehicles and AI. The position requires 10+ years of automotive strategy experience, established Nordic market relationships, and a builder's mindset.

Ansvarsområden

Identify, shape, and lead value creation opportunities at priority automotive accounts.
Engage C-suite executives (CEOs, COOs, CTOs) to set strategic agendas.
Build and manage a portfolio across multiple automotive accounts.
Sell and deliver automotive reinvention solutions, including software-defined vehicles, operating model transformation, AI in engineering/manufacturing, and aftersales reinvention.
Lead and develop teams of automotive consultants and specialists.

Krav

10+ years in automotive strategy or comparable senior roles, with experience selling and delivering at C-suite level.
Proven track record in an advisory setting with automotive OEMs or major Tier 1 suppliers.
Deep expertise in vehicle strategy, software-defined vehicles, electrification, operating model transformation, or AI in automotive.
Established relationships in the Swedish or broader Nordic automotive market.
A builder's mindset focused on growing a business.
Master's degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, with willingness to travel.
Swedish fluency is a strong advantage.
