Tetra Pak is seeking an Automation and Digital Business Development Specialist for its Americas team in Mexico. This role focuses on driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within the food and beverage sector, supporting the sales process with expertise in Automation and Digital Solutions. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation sales support.

Ansvarsområden

Support the development and execution of the Automation & Digital sales strategy for Mexico.
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Automation & Digital Solutions.
Drive business development activities by engaging prospects and understanding customer needs.
Support the entire sales process: understand customer needs, create solutions, and convey value.
Contribute to opportunity qualification and commercial strategy development.
Participate in sales meetings with Account Managers and Customers.
Collaborate with local and global teams to share best practices and drive business growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators and sales activities.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Proven experience in the industrial automation sector for food and beverage.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, portfolio management, and business development within Automation and Digital Solutions.
Proven understanding of Operational Technology (OT) technologies such as PLCs, SCADAs, programming, and commissioning.
Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), virtualization, and industrial network.
Familiarity in the implementation of Automation and Digital solutions (PLC & HMI / MES / MOM / ERP Integration/ IIoT).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working with digital solutions and technologies across the full lifecycle.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
