Ansvarsområden

Monitor live mobile networks 24/7 and identify incidents for timely resolution.
Coordinate and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders.
Investigate network incidents through trend analysis to identify potential issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions for evolving customer requirements.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of telecommunications networks and network elements, or a strong interest in technology and 5G.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a team.
Curiosity, ambition, perseverance, and a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights.
