- Monitor and ensure accuracy of pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
- Audit operations teams' & system outputs.
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements.
- Identify emerging process performance trends.
- Audit, track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes.
- Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
