Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
Audit operations teams' and system outputs.
Suggest and implement process/system improvements.
Identify emerging process performance trends.
Audit, track and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes.
Interact with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
