ABB is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Xiamen, China, to manage projects from contract signing to final acceptance, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role involves coordinating across departments, identifying risks, managing changes, and fostering customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage assigned projects to ensure fulfillment of all project goals, in terms of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.
  • Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all project documents.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments, including customers, sales, design, procurement, production, quality, after-sales, and finance—throughout the entire project lifecycle from contract payment to final on-site delivery.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Manage project changes by evaluating cost and schedule impacts and executing corresponding change contracts.
  • Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit.
  • Ensure quality/continuous performance.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Engineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering or Automation.
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, SAP).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Engineering Package (E-house or related product) experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a sense of teamwork.
  • Customer-oriented and highly responsible.
