I korthet

ABB is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Amman, Jordan to lead small, low-complexity projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating project execution, managing schedules, budgets, and customer relations, with a focus on electrical projects and SAP proficiency. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from order receipt through execution, testing, delivery, and project closure.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings, commercial offers, contractual requirements, project costs, and scope of supply.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, costs, risks, and profitability.
  • Coordinate effectively with customers, factories, suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide clear and regular project status reports.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Engineering background with relevant experience in electrical projects, preferably switchgear and service projects, with strong project management, communication, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites and travel as required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Good technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear GIS , AIS , , circuit breakers, protection systems, and service/retrofit projects.
  • Experience with SAP for order handling, material management, project follow-up, and cost monitoring.
  • Strong HSE awareness and commitment to ABB safety, integrity, and quality requirements.
