Amazon is hiring an Associate for ML Data Operations to support automation in Fulfillment centers by auditing videos and images of stowing actions. This is a 6-month contract role requiring a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on accuracy and productivity in a remote setting.

Ansvarsområden

  • Watch and thoroughly understand videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
  • Use human judgment, tools, and resources to indicate activity captured in videos.
  • Verify or mark product locations through a tool with high accuracy.
  • Audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
  • Provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Take breaks at pre-defined slots and spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera switched ON.
  • Work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based Jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct response.
  • High level of attention & focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast Pace of implementation & consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Ability to work in remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair & sufficient lighting) for work-from-home roles.
  • Ensure workspace/work-related data isn’t accessed by anyone other than the employee.
  • Readiness to come to office for few days (when required, applicable for associates working from home).
  • Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
