I korthet

This role is responsible for auditing videos of stowing actions in Amazon Fulfillment centers to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. The Associate will work in a remote, 24x7 environment, performing precise video/image audits with a focus on accuracy and speed. This is a 6-month contract position requiring a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Watch and audit several hundred videos per shift, indicating activity captured.
  • Verify or mark product locations using a tool with high accuracy.
  • Aid in defect reduction through precise and thorough video/image audits.
  • Meet goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational 9-hour shifts, including potential night shifts.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera switched ON.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a 6-month contract duration.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
  • Willingness to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
