Ansvarsområden

  • Watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers and provide responses.
  • Verify or mark product locations using a tool with high accuracy and speed.
  • Perform precise and thorough video/image audits to aid defect reduction.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.
  • Adhere to goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera ON.
  • Support fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy.

Krav

  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Ability to work with remote teams and be a team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote workers).
  • Willing to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
