I korthet

This role supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers by auditing real-time and offline video/image data to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. The Associate will perform precise video/image audits with high accuracy and speed, working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. This is a contract position requiring a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Watch and audit several hundred videos/images per shift to indicate activity and verify product locations.
  • Provide responses based on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts (including night shifts) and a 9-hour shift length.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera ON.
  • Provide human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities through visual audits on videos/images.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text-based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos with high attention and focus.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals for quality and productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams, and be a team player.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, sufficient lighting) for remote work.
  • Ensure workspace/work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee.
