This role is for an Associate, ML Data Operations at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers in Kolkata. You will perform precise video/image audits to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. This is a 6-month contract, non-tech role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.

Ansvarsområden

Watch and audit several hundred videos/images per shift to indicate activity captured.
Verify or mark product locations using a tool with high accuracy and speed.
Adhere to accuracy (quality) and productivity (speed) goals.
Take pre-scheduled breaks and spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting if working from home.
Ensure workspace/work-related data is not accessed by unauthorized individuals.
Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Participate in virtual meetings with the laptop camera switched on.
Be available to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote workers).

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
High level of attention and focus on screen.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals for quality & productivity.
Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Exceptional team player.
Readiness to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading Hindi.
Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Rotational two-consecutive day off (5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).
