Ansvarsområden

  • Watch and audit hundreds of videos in a shift to indicate activity captured.
  • Verify or mark product locations using a tool with high accuracy and speed.
  • Perform precise and thorough video/image audits to aid defect reduction.
  • Provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and acceptable practices.
  • Spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.
  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Adhere to pre-defined break slots and work schedules.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with laptop camera ON when required.
  • Audit image/video/text based jobs.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos and provide correct responses.
  • High level of attention and focus on screen.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote teams.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for remote associates).
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace with sufficient lighting (for remote workers).
  • Ensure work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee (for remote workers).
