Associate, ML Data Operations will perform data annotation tasks for Amazon Robotics and Fulfillment Technologies, ensuring the quality of data used for training machine learning models. This non-technical role requires attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to learn specialized annotation tools, with flexible shifts and a remote work setup.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform precise annotations across image, video, and text data, including object detection, semantic segmentation, and object tracking.
  • Identify and correct errors to ensure high data integrity for model training.
  • Use judgment to address ambiguous situations and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Quickly learn and utilize specialized annotation tools and platforms.
  • Adapt to new methodologies and transition between multiple programs based on business needs.
  • Undertake foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience managing time efficiently and meeting personal goals.
  • Experience working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
  • Willingness to quickly adapt to new annotation methodologies.
  • Ability to learn to use various specialized annotation tools.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide clear explanations.
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule/shift/work area.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience in data annotation or similar high-volume, quality-focused roles.

Förmåner

  • Contract position with potential to transition to a full-time employee role.
  • Work from home with a 9-hour shift and adequate network coverage.
  • Rotational shifts and night shift allowance will be provided as per applicable to Amazon’s work policy.
  • Rotational two-consecutive days off (5-day working week).
