  • Monitor and provide quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety.
  • Oversee alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services.
  • Report on operational performance and adopt measures to enhance the service.
  • Manage transitions and transformations during organizational changes.
  • Provide quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
