Nordea seeks an Associate Director/Director for its Investment Banking Infrastructure Finance team in Stockholm. The role involves leading complex transactions, originating financing solutions for PE/Infrastructure Funds, and contributing to the growth of this strategic area. Requires proven track record in infrastructure finance with 7-10 years of experience and strong understanding of credit markets and deal execution.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead origination efforts for specific projects and clients.
  • Lead deal teams as deal captain, managing the full deal execution process.
  • Lead negotiations and work with legal counsels on structuring and documentation.
  • Interact with infrastructure private equity sponsors, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive creation of high-quality transaction materials, including credit memorandums and presentations.
  • Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and quarterly management updates.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts.

Krav

  • Proven track record of originating and executing infrastructure finance transactions within the Nordics and Europe.
  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of credit markets, legal documentation, investor dynamics, and rating processes.
  • Execution experience from project finance and/or infrastructure finance.
  • Ability to direct and lead the transaction process with internal and external parties.
  • Strong skill set in transaction project management, legal documentation, and financial modelling.
  • Client coverage experience.
  • Motivated team player with ability to lead a team and be flexible.
  • Interest to work independently and adapt to different financing products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent academic background and/or equivalent work experience.
