The DCI Operations team at Amazon enhances services through manual mapping of Amazon products with external databases and competitor websites until automation. This Associate role involves requirement collection, analysis, reporting, and potentially multilingual tasks, providing a flexible hybrid work model.

Ansvarsområden

  • Engage in requirement collection, planning, feasibility analysis, testing, mapping, auditing, analyzing, and reporting.
  • Manually construct mappings between Amazon products and external databases/web pages.
  • Provide audit support for accuracy after automation.
  • Identify and certify new competitors for price/selection monitoring.
  • Perform Marketplace analysis, provide Lowest Price recommendations, and identify Widest Selection opportunities.
  • Conduct contractual audits and product correlation.
  • Perform data extraction.
  • Use computer skills and language expertise to follow Standard-Operating-Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy.
  • Deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Perform root cause analysis on errors and recommend process improvements.
  • Share knowledge as a team player.
  • Generate ad-hoc operational reports.
  • Carry out tactical communication to stakeholders.
  • Ensure on-time resolution of tickets.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Multilingual tasks including translation, content review, and language processing (not limited to Japanese) may be required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Knowledge of general AI tools.
