TriNet is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join their Enterprise Data & Analytics team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role focuses on executing analytical tasks and developing statistical and machine learning models under guidance, with opportunities to gain exposure to NLP and LLM techniques.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop, test, and implement statistical and machine learning models under guidance.
  • Apply standard techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
  • Ensure models are reliable, interpretable, and aligned with defined objectives.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for modeling.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Validate model performance using standard metrics and evaluation techniques.
  • Gain exposure to structured and unstructured data, including NLP and LLM-based techniques.
  • Support experimentation activities such as prompt execution, output validation, and model testing.
  • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and defined development processes.
  • Contribute to documentation of models, experiments, and outputs.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Academic or internship experience in analytics/data science is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
  • Foundational understanding of statistics and machine learning.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Basic understanding of model evaluation and interpretation concepts.
  • Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
