Emerson is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead project initiation, execution, and closure. The role focuses on on-time delivery, operational excellence, risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement within a hybrid work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead project initiation, ensuring seamless transition from Sales and driving kick-off meetings.
  • Proactively review project scope, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Execute projects end-to-end in alignment with Emerson’s global PMO processes.
  • Ensure on-time execution (RDSL >95%) while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales recognition forecasts (≥95% accuracy).
  • Optimize finished goods inventory and meet sales/inventory targets.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through consistent communication and transparency.
  • Manage change requests effectively, balancing cost, schedule, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and resolve issues.
  • Lead project closure activities, including documentation and handover to Service teams.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting on project performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement by conducting lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Krav

  • 5–10 years of experience in project management in the process management industry.
  • Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • Financial acumen, including budget and cost management.
  • Experience in project sales recognition forecasting and planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Knowledge of process instrumentation or related technologies.
  • Experience working within global PMO frameworks and structured project governance models.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional, and high-impact projects.
