Ansvarsområden
- Handle World area projects
- Understand scope of supply by reading customer specification and datasheets
- Provide suitable solution for VOS package in line with customer requirements
- Drive Engineering documents from the team
- Participate in handover meetings and discuss project requirements with sales and project management teams
- Create a project timeline, notify stakeholders, identify risks, and take appropriate action
- Drive the team to create wiring, schematic, and general arrangement drawings
- Check & Verify manufacturing designs and the bill of materials
- Troubleshoot operational problems from an engineering perspective
- Verify all engineering documents before release
- Ensure high quality of deliverables
- Drive the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Measure team output and inform Manager on progress
- Set priorities for engineering deliverables
- Define goals and objectives for the team and review periodically
- Drive team to follow the change order process
- Direct and maintain engineering standards
- Assist engineers in problem solving and guide decision-making
- Develop training materials for VOS Engineering components
- Develop/Create Engineering standards in line with VOS process and procedure
- Create work instructions for VOS engineering processes and best practices
- Work across all WACC to meet customer expectations and operations requirements
- Develop individual technical competency
- Foster relationships with WACC to accomplish goals
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent
- 10-12 years of overall experience in CAD and PLM tools
- Supervisor Experience including setting up annual objectives, performance evaluation, identifying & planning upskilling of team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and mentoring the team
- Ability to drive change and effectively handle multiple priorities
- Strong Management Competencies
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in solidedge/ Creo, Team center/ Windchill/ Enovia
- Expert user in ERP, preferably Oracle & SAP
