Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Centre India is seeking an Assistant Manager/Sr. HR Officer to drive the people agenda. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and promoting HR process excellence and digitalization to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities across functions and locations.
- Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning and talent mapping.
- Manage recruitment metrics, improve sourcing effectiveness, and reduce hiring turnaround time.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build sustainable pipelines for future talent requirements.
- Coordinate internship and graduate hiring programs.
- Support annual headcount planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and relocations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building activities.
- Address employee concerns professionally and facilitate constructive resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
- Lead projects focused on improving recruitment efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement through data, technology, and best practices.
- Support the implementation of digital HR tools and solutions.
- Champion Atlas Copco's values, ethics, principles, and people practices.
- Collaborate across teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in anticipating challenges and implementing practical solutions.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- MBA / master’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.
- 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment and people-related objectives.
