I korthet

We are seeking a driven Assistant Business Controller to support our growing business lines and acquisitions. You will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, improving internal controls, and assisting with financial integration of new companies, requiring at least 5 years of financial experience and strong SAP knowledge.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain scorecards and develop financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Review, monitor, and improve internal control processes.
  • Assist in compiling and reviewing Group and Statutory financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless financial support.
  • Safeguard company assets, ensuring stock procedures are followed and WIP is controlled.
  • Support acquisition and integration activities, including transitioning accounting standards, SAP setup, and data analysis.

Krav

  • Fully qualified in Finance or Accounting, or nearing completion of a relevant qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent degree).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on financial experience with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to travel to the Warrington office on a regular day-to-day basis.

  • Experience with acquisition accounting and post-deal integration is an advantage.
