I korthet

Emerson is seeking an Assembly Operator in Ede, Netherlands, responsible for assembling, configuring, and inspecting electronic components and products while ensuring quality and safety standards. This full-time role requires a VMBO diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Dutch and/or English, with preferred experience in manufacturing or ERP systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assemble, install, and connect electronic components, sensors, and related products.
  • Process transactions and record quality data within Oracle and/or MES systems.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report non-conformities through the e-NC process.
  • Support other production activities in accordance with the skills matrix.
  • Clean and visually inspect products prior to shipment.
  • Actively contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Krav

  • A VMBO diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent level of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
  • Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and relevant references, if required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in assembly operations or manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
  • Experience with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (such as Oracle or MES).
  • Experience working with electronics, sensors, or technical products.
  • An interest in continuous improvement and working in a quality-focused environment.
