Ansvarsområden
- Carry out company policy and regulation
- Master technology operation for product assembly
- Responsible for product assembly as per production order and work sheet
- Follow SOP/WI strictly
- Support supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel
- Keep equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance
- Undertake TPM on machine tools
- Keep work area clean and orderly, implement 5S activity
- Actively provide reasonable proposals for continuous improvement/safety hazards
- Follow the use of various software and digital systems
- Comply with company requirements for multi-skilled positions
- Perform other assigned tasks
Krav
- Graduated from normal vocation school and above, with machinery major
- At least 2-3 years assemble experiences in machinery & electrical industry
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Understand and read manufacturing process procedures
- Ability to use and change tooling as required
- Understand and be skilled to use common gauge and measuring tools
- Good communication and learning ability
- Honest, willing to work, obey leader’s arrangement
- Willing to work by turn
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with machinery & electrical industry
- Experience with鉗工/电工 (fitter/electrician) skills
- Willing to work in shifts
