This role involves performing assembly and sub-assembly of products using hand and power tools, testing components, and reworking products that do not pass standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 70lbs.

Ansvarsområden

Perform assembly and sub-assembly of products based on standard work instructions and mechanical blueprints using hand tools and/or power tools.
Test products using measuring tools such as calipers, and a testing cage for electronic components.
Rework products that do not pass testing standards, including disassembly and reassembly followed by additional testing.
Track progress and completion of work orders and associated scrap in the ERP system.
Use an overhead assist/lift to move larger parts and/or products.
Pack finished product into boxes on pallets.

Krav

High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
Ability to do other duties as assigned.
Ability to carry objects; perform dynamic activities including reaching and stretching; and frequent bending and twisting of the torso.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Associates Degree in any field.
1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
