Ansvarsområden
- Assemble compressor packages, including blowers, dryers, filters, and related products.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability.
- Cross-train across multiple assembly lines and product types.
- Apply manufacturing techniques and adhere to Safety First and 6S methodologies.
- Report discrepancies with bills of materials and product quality.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and installing components.
- Participate in safety audits and 6S compliance checks.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement.
- Support energy and resource efficiency targets.
Krav
- 2 to 5 years of technical training or relevant hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Certification to operate forklifts or similar equipment is required.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
