The Asia BSO ECIF Lead is responsible for the operational engine of Asia's End-Customer Investment Fund (ECIF) program, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and governance. This role involves managing win-room operations, vendor relationships, program routing, and end-to-end process management across the region.

Ansvarsområden

Set operational standards for ECIF processing and ensure vendor teams are equipped to guide requestors.
Own and maintain shared operating assets for vendor teams, such as the Asia ECIF SharePoint and enablement collateral.
Set up and maintain accurate Program Routing Rules for Local Asia Discretionary programs.
Partner with the Corp Program Team to maintain Asia ECIF programs and routing rules, supporting FY27 consolidation.
Drive win-room process efficiency and measure SLA realization.
Orchestrate win-room transformations and lead operational readiness for process improvements.
Drive operational ECIF hygiene through enablement and engagement with case requestors.
Drive end-to-end ECIF execution excellence in partnership with ECIF Ops.
Run monthly enablement sessions and weekly office hours for case requestors.
Keep case requestors and vendor teams current on program usage, tooling, and compliance expectations.
Orchestrate Area Win Room (AWR) operations and manage the AWR Vendors Team end-to-end.

Drive operational excellence at scale across a complex, multi-country region.
Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Asia-wide operating processes.
Ensure consistent execution, compliance, service quality, and stakeholder experience across diverse markets.
Lead cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Sales, CSU, GTM, Compliance, Procurement, and Business Operations.
Build strong partnerships to drive investment effectiveness, operational excellence, and business outcomes.
Influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build consensus across multiple organizations.
Drive decisions and execution through influence, credibility, and data-driven recommendations.
Develop deep subject matter expertise in ECIF and Microsoft investment programs.
Act as the regional ECIF subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on investment strategy, governance, policy, funding mechanisms, and operational execution.
Prior experience with ECIF, investment funds, incentives, or comparable Microsoft programs is strongly preferred.
Use data and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Analyze business and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
Drive process transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Prior experience with ECIF, investment funds, incentives, or comparable Microsoft programs is strongly preferred.
