Prime Video Localization Operations is seeking an Artwork/Content Quality Specialist in Bengaluru, India, to ensure the accuracy and visual appeal of AI-generated creative assets. This role involves reviewing and editing artwork, subtitles, and imagery, collaborating on AI tool development, and maintaining high quality standards for a global audience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review AI-generated artwork, including subtitles and dubbed audio within images, identifying errors in image quality, title placement, aesthetics, translation accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Review metadata and references to video content to understand artwork intent.
  • Edit and refine images using creative skills in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools for operational use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and input user stories for tool and process improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality review processes, sharing expertise in localization and content standards.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
  • Experience using design tools, such as Photoshop.
  • 1+ year of experience creating or modifying digital artwork.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigative decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, auditors, and subject matter experts to clarify context and resolve queries.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Advanced fluency in a secondary language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese) in speaking, writing, and reading.
  • Passion for the media and entertainment industry, particularly streaming services.
  • Experience in translation or content localization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
